As a subcontractor to Booz Allen for the GSA CIO Modernization and Enterprise Transformation (COMET) BPA, DynaVet supports enterprise systems such as the Fleet Management System (FMS), ROADS, and GSA SmartPay. Our work spans data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting enhancements to deliver streamlined experiences through dashboards, data marts, and robust interfaces. By integrating cloud and mobile technologies, we help GSA adapt to evolving requirements while ensuring efficient, reliable operations. We also support the Online Contract Management System (OCMS) for Acquisition Contracting Officers and Industrial Operations Analysts, safeguarding compliance and performance. Food and Drug Administration

DynaVet partnered with the FDA’s Office of Surveillance and Epidemiology (OSE) to update and consolidate the Signal Detection and Signal Management Manual, integrating ten key modules with four existing background documents into a single, comprehensive resource. This collaboration supports the FDA Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), which safeguards public health by regulating over-the-counter and prescription drugs, including biologics. By leveraging adverse event data, scientific literature, and extensive pharmacologic knowledge, OSE identifies and assesses potential safety issues to inform regulatory decisions aimed at ensuring safe and effective drug use. Through medical technical writing, mobile application development, and IT services, DynaVet is helping modernize the FDA’s regulatory review processes across multiple centers, demonstrating our commitment to advancing secure, efficient, and innovative solutions for government agencies.

Federal Aviation Administration

DynaVet advances the FAA’s NextGen initiatives by supporting both the Terminal Flight Data Manager (TFDM) and Time Based Flow Management (TBFM) programs to enhance efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability across the National Airspace System (NAS). For TFDM, we provide full lifecycle software engineering—developing in C++ and Java, creating test documentation, formulating test scenarios, and verifying system performance—to implement integrated surface traffic control solutions, including departure schedulers, airport decision tools, and Electronic Flight Data. Operating in an agile scrum environment, we also handle user interface frameworks, client/server components, and database design. For TBFM, DynaVet serves as the primary point of contact for software engineering and Atlassian tool queries, configuring and customizing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software, automating builds and installations through Unix scripting, and managing configuration baselines. By maintaining tool code in Java and Python, administering the Configuration Control Board, and performing system administration and customer support, we help minimize delays, conserve fuel, and reduce operational costs while ensuring reliable air traffic flow and compliance with FAA requirements.

Department of Health and Human Services

DynaVet successfully strengthened network security for the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) by expanding and integrating Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) Access Points. Our team evaluated existing TIC connectivity, collaborated with system owners, and seamlessly implemented TIC-as-a-Service solutions across all relevant systems. Through careful planning and execution, we enhanced network visibility, reduced vulnerabilities, and ensured continuous compliance with Department of Health and Human Services standards.By adopting a proactive approach and fostering close collaboration among stakeholders, DynaVet delivered a robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure—ultimately aligning with AHRQ’s mission to protect sensitive healthcare data and improve overall system performance.

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

As a subcontractor to Acumen Solutions, we supported the Office of Rural Health Grants and Program Management project under the VECMS program by re-platforming existing software applications onto Salesforce. In close coordination with Acumen, we delivered comprehensive database design and implementation services, creating normalized structures to meet functional requirements and optimize system performance. We also developed a detailed data migration plan—mapping source data to new objects and fields, defining transformation requirements, and establishing validation protocols. Once approved, we set up the data migration environment to securely transfer legacy data into the Salesforce solution. Through this collaborative effort, our team helped streamline Enterprise Wide Initiatives (EWI) management, enhance communication with program officers and partners, and ensure a seamless transition to a secure, scalable, and efficient platform for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Department of Education

As a subcontractor to GDIT, we support the Department of Education’s PIVOT initiative by delivering secure, flexible, and cost-effective IT infrastructure aligned with an increasingly mobile workforce. Our team establishes and maintains test environments that mirror production settings to ensure functionality, security, and rapid adaptation to evolving needs. We also provide environment readiness testing, integration support, 508 compliance evaluations, and cross-functional training—ranging from web-based sessions to classroom instruction. In addition, we offer architecture and engineering expertise to resolve technical issues, analyze proposed changes, and design turnkey solutions that adhere to strict security isolation and network segmentation principles. By combining enterprise security management, end-user computing support, unified communications, and assistive technology coordination, we help the Department maintain a resilient, high-performing IT ecosystem that safeguards against cyber threats, reduces costs, and ensures a seamless user experience.
