Dave Grinberg

Mr. Grinberg’s 30-year career spans military, private, and public sectors. As a 13-year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Navy Reserve, he served in multiple combat zones, applying his expertise as a linguist, intelligence analyst, and manager of computer-based systems. After transitioning to civilian life, he founded DynaVet Solutions—a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business—providing innovative IT solutions in healthcare and beyond. He played a key role in launching Maryland’s statewide Health Information Exchange (CRISP) before moving to Pennsylvania’s eHealth Collaborative, where he relaunched the statewide health information exchange initiative and later served as deputy director of the Pennsylvania eHealth Partnership Authority.

Mr. Grinberg completed two years of full-time cryptanalytic and statistical analysis training, along with three years of language training in Arabic and Persian Farsi through the U.S. Marine Corps and the National Security Agency. He holds an Associate’s degree in Information Systems Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Arabic Language, and an MBA. With a strong commitment to veteran causes, he actively supports initiatives that assist veterans and disabled veterans in communities nationwide.
