Mr. Gillan brings over 20 years of management experience to DynaVet. As a co-founder of several companies in the Information Technology and Biotechnology industries, he brings a wealth of expertise to DynaVet in the areas of operations and finance with a focus on corporate growth strategies. Mr. Gillan continues to provide a broad range of management and entrepreneurial skills driving the continued growth of our company.
Mr. Gillan’s experience includes raising capital in the private equity markets as well as implementing and maintaining financial control and reporting systems, operations and structuring partnership and joint venture agreements. He has successfully promoted and raised capital for several technology companies both in the United States and internationally, specializing in the effective use of capital and focusing on return for investors.
Mr. Gillan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Accounting from Villanova University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Johns Hopkins University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
